A bike ride through the rolling hills or a hike towering up to the top of the world; toes gripping into the subtle indent of a climb or feet sinking into the mats as you step out opposite your next opponent. If you could be anywhere, doing anything...what would it be?
I believe training is a partnership, one that should be both enjoyable in the now but purposeful for the future. This isn't just training to replace hobbies or sport, but training to enable them.

The toughest step is always the first one, and that's why I offer free consultations so we can have a relaxed chat with no commitments. I can find out more about you and what you're looking to achieve, and you can see if I'm the right trainer for you. If you want to continue, this is what you can expect:

TAILORED PROGRAMME
After our initial chat we'll go through a movement assessment to establish your current abilities and what will help get you to where you want to be. From this I will create your tailored programme.

TRAIN IN PARTNERSHIP
Whether training in person or online, it's more than a weekly session or check-in. Using the TrainHeroic platform you can track all of your progress for me to directly see. Having trouble or unsure with an exercise? Send me a video or schedule a video call to go over it.
